The mission of Gilmour Consulting is to offer and deliver a continuum of management and financial advisory services to middle market, lower middle market, and small businesses, their management and their owners in mission critical circumstances.

The interaction of the types of services we provide differ for every engagement. Very broadly we categorize them in three segments:

Business advisory - focusing on improving the cash flow, operations and creditor relationships of a troubled business.

Restructuring - focusing on radical changes to the capital and debt structure possibly through bankruptcy or other legal avenues to affect changes.

Fiduciary - focusing on taking management and legal control of the situation and leading the process to a resolution.  Such roles include non-operating trusts and liquidations.
