Neil Gilmour III, CTP CIRA

Neil has focused on business advisory, turnaround, and restructuring consulting and management for over 30 years.  He specializes in advising owners, managers and creditors of financially troubled businesses in all phases of the restructuring process. Neil is a seasoned executive advisor, leading engagements in the areas of turnaround management, operations strategy development, corporate bankruptcy and debt restructuring. He provides expert advice to clients in out-of-court workouts, Chapter 11 reorganizations, and liquidations.

He also serves in fiduciary and management roles as trustee, receiver or crisis manager for distressed and bankrupt businesses and for liquidating entities and trusts.   He has served as an independent board member for a successfully reorganized business. He has also served as the financial advisor for numerous unsecured creditors’ committees, providing strategic advice, financial analysis and forensic investigations.
